Louie Filippides Takes Home The Win At The World Cup Finals Import vs Domestic
Haltech's World Cup Finals Import vs Domestic
ARH's own Louie Filippides has taken home the win in his ARH equipped 442 G-Body Cutlass. A car that has seen it all. From its humble days as his daily driver packing the original 307, and withstanding those glorious “one-wheel-peel” burnouts to a multitude of engine swaps throughout the years, Lou's Cutlass has always been there. It’s been a weekend so special to Louie for a multitude of reasons and we are glad he had the chance to tell us all about it!

"One more post to wrap up this season and to shout out and thank the people and companies that helped make this happen.
My Mom, Dad, wife, my in-laws and Ed Smith.. there’s a laundry listist of reasons why I can’t thank you guys enough for what you do for me. Your support makes this possible. I love you guys to the moon and back.
Brian Tooley Racing and Nick Evdos. Your support has been invaluable to me. It’s been an absolute pleasure working with you guys and representing the BTR name.
To my lucky charm Karlos Osorio from Bounty Drag Racing. What can I say, brother? We pulled it off on the big stage! I might have to fly you in for all my events next year! Thank you for putting your trust in me this season.
OAB RACING saved my ass. John’s ultimately the reason we were able to pull it off. The car ran its ass off on a borrowed set of injectors that turned a very unhappy engine around and brought it into the winners circle. I can’t thank you enough for everything you continue to do for me.
Keith Newcomer and Marty Zimmermann y’all’s combined work on my cylinder heads this year helped get this car to 4 final rounds and two winners circles. Thank you guys so much for the work you both put in for me this year
George, Farid and Chris from Farks Supercars. I missed you guys this year! Thank you guys for getting me set up with a new battery before the event. The chassis worked flawlessly all year. It’s always a comforting feeling knowing you’re all just a phone call away when I need chassis advise.
Shawn Finn thank you for letting me use your trans, bud!! It was the piece that brought this combo all together.
To my uncle George Markadakis. Thank you for riding shotgun gun with me. There were things could have gone bad, but you kept me safe. I love you very much. Race in Peace ❤️❤️
Big thank you to 1320Video.com for the coverage last weekend! Please be sure to check out their full coverage from Sunday!!"
