Warranty/Returns Information
Items can be returned within 60 days of receipt. If items were shipped in error or damaged in transit, American Racing Headers and Exhaust will pay for all return charges, and waive any restocking fees. However, if American Racing Headers and Exhaust shipped your order per your specifications but you would still like to return items, return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, and a 20% re-stocking fee will apply. No refunds will be made until returns pass inspection. If the ARH system has been purchased through a dealer, please contact that dealer for their returns policy. If there are any problems during installation please contact ARH immediately, no modifications should be done without consulting an ARH representative. Any unauthorized modifications will void the warranty. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and shipping instructions. Since sound is subjective, we do not warranty for sound. Please do not return your American Racing Headers® product if you do not like the sound level. There are several ways to adjust the sound level. Please call for more information if needed.
Order Cancellations
All orders are processed as soon as they are placed. When an order is processed ARH incurs irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be charged a 2% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Company Return Policies. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
Shipping & Production Times
American Racing Headers is proud to say we build our systems right here in the USA! With our product line covering the diverse and vast automotive market our build times will vary between systems. The shipping rate selected with your order will not change the production lead time. Please allow for extended production lead times with all ARH Headers & Exhaust Systems. ARH ships all orders with signature required. Please note that when a shipment is pre-signed, American Racing Headers (ARH) is released from liability in the event of loss or theft. As a result, no claims can be processed under these circumstances.

Emissions
Federal and several state and provincial laws prohibit the removal, modification or rendering inoperative of any part that affects emissions or safety on motor vehicles used on public streets or highways. American Racing Headers assumes no liability for any violations arising out of any federal, state or provincial emissions or safety requirements on motor vehicles arising out of the customer’s modifications and/or use of American Racing Headers products. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine if their modified vehicle complies with applicable laws.
This limited warranty is the only express warranty applicable to American Racing Headers products. Other rights may arise or vary from state to state in the United States. American Racing Headers is not responsible for any time for which you may lose the use of your vehicle, any inconvenience you might be caused, the loss of your transportation or any part thereof, or any other incidental or consequential damages you may have.
G-Sport Upgrade
By purchasing the ARH G-Sport Upgrade, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Compatibility: The G-Sport Upgrade is designed for use with ARH standard catted systems only. It is not compatible with ARH non-catted systems. If you attempt to add the upgrade to a non-catted system, your order will either be automatically upgraded to a standard catted system (if applicable) or the upgrade will be removed from your order.
No Discount or Promotion Eligibility: The G-Sport Upgrade is not eligible for any discounts, promotions, or coupon codes. Any attempts to apply promotional discounts or offers will not be honored on this upgrade. Final Sale: All sales of the G-Sport Upgrade are final once the product has been processed for production. We do not accept returns or exchanges for this item unless it is determined to be defective. However if you would still like to return your order, return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, and a 20% re-stocking fee will apply.
Order Modifications: In the event that the upgrade is purchased with an incompatible system, your order will be modified to meet the correct configuration. Additional charges for system upgrades (from non-catted to catted) will apply, and you will be notified of any additional costs or changes to the delivery timeline before processing. Warranty: The G-Sport Upgrade comes with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover issues resulting from improper installation or modifications to the system. We will not be held liable for any installation issues, damage, or performance failures caused by the incorrect application of this upgrade.
