Catalytic Converters (Cats) are an emission control component generally found on cars manufactured after 1975, to comply with EPA regulations. "With Cat" systems sold by ARH include our 200 cell high flow cats. Our cats are designed to comply with EPA regulations, while at the same time, minimize the impact of parasitic loss of horsepower and performance from typical stock cat create.     

"No Cat" systems, also know as "Off-Road" systems omit the catalytic converter entirely. As the name implies, these systems are designed for racing applications and are not meant for public roads. Although the effect our our high flow cats on performance is nominal, eliminating them in closed course settings could make the difference when victory is measured in hundreths of a second. 
  

Items can be returned within 60 days of receipt. If items were shipped in error or damaged in transit, American Racing Headers and Exhaust will pay for all return charges, and waive any restocking fees. However, if American Racing Headers and Exhaust shipped your order per your specifications but you would still like to return items, return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, and a 20% re-stocking fee will apply. No refunds will be made until returns pass inspection. If there are any problems during installation please contact ARH immediately, no modifications should be done without consulting an ARH representative. American Racing Headers believes in maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction. ARH warrants to the original retail purchaser with proof of purchase for warranty determination that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship while purchaser owns the vehicle upon which such product(s) were originally installed. American Racing Headers obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts that are determined by ARH to be defective, or refund of the products original purchase price, at ARH's option, of the alleged defective product. We pledge that if at any time you encounter a problem with our products, we will strive to correct the problem in the most timely and efficient way possible, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations contained herein.

This warranty does not extend to damaged or defect in the finish of a product or to any product, that in the opinion of ARH, has been misused, damaged by accident or, negligence, altered or modified in any way, installed contrary to ARH's installation instructions when supplied, or repaired by an unauthorized service facility. ARH makes no warranty for products installed on vehicles used for race or competition purposes. ARH systems sold with catalytic converters are warrantied up to one year after date of purchase.
